Dubai Humanitarian, General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments (Awqaf) Partner to Unlock New Avenues for Sustainable Humanitarian Support

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 20 November 2025: Dubai Humanitarian and General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments (Awqaf) have signed a strategic partnership agreement designed to strengthen cooperation and create new opportunities to support Dubai’s growing humanitarian and charitable ecosystem. The partnership aims to channel endowment returns into long-term, sustainable funding for humanitarian programs, helping both organizations increase their impact locally and globally.

Under the agreement, the two entities will work together to develop joint humanitarian projects, exchange knowledge and expertise, enhance the efficiency of programs, and improve the reach and quality of services provided to beneficiaries. The collaboration positions endowment investment as a sustainable financing tool that can support priority humanitarian needs over the long term.
