On March 11th 2020, The International Humanitarian City welcomed the Deputy Director of the Department of Humanitarian Activity Directorate of Affairs of the President of the Republic of Belarus, Chernyshov Sergey Alexandrovich who was accompanied by Igor Bondarev, Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Dubai.

During the meeting, IHC and the Belarusian Officials discussed their respective stances on humanitarian aid and how the two entities can cooperate for the betterment of humanity. This was followed by a tour of the IHC showroom. The IHC showroom is filled with the various relief aid items stored in our warehouses by our members, that usually get dispatched during crises. During the tour the Belarusian representatives met with IHC members such as The World Health Organization, UNICEF, UNHCR, WFP, and International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.
