Dr. Mansoor Al Awar, Chancellor of the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU) has discussed with Shaima Al Zarouni, Chief Executive Officer of International Humanitarian City (IHC), ways to enhance the bilateral relations and joint cooperation in all future fields.
They also tackled the University’s vision to strengthen the culture of innovation, creativity and scientific research through smart learning in order to qualify a generation capable of building a smart and sustainable economy.
The meeting also shed light on the work of IHC which focusses on facilitating provision of humanitarian assistance globally, based on best logistic infrastructure and the provided high level services.
Al Awar also emphasised the two parties’ keenness to building communication bridges and exploring new cooperation horizons for the best service of the joint aspirations in order to have a positive impact on the global and regional map, lauding the IHC’s role to boost the U.A.E. leadership in the humanitarian field work globally.
He also drew attention to the University’s commitment to shoulder its national and societal responsibilities through supporting the U.A.E.’s distinguished march in the charitable and humanitarian work domain.
